The President of the PTO serves tp preside over all PTO meetings, maintains the calendar of events and coordinates the work and communication of all committees. They also oversee all fundraisers, espcially the Hornet Hustle. And support all other programs as needed.

The Vice President acts as an aid to the President and is the chairperson for hospitality. Working to support staff throughout the year and for special events. They also maintain the Lost & Found and coordinate Spirit Wear sales and inventory.

Sarah Norman - treasuer@ehpto.com
The Treasuer maintains the finacial records and reciepts, keeping an acurate account of income and expenses. They prepare and report the budget, to be presented at PTO meetings. They also work with the CPA to complete federal and state tax forms. The Treasure also maintains all finacial documents, including the disposal of older dicuments.

THe PTO Volunteer Coordinator recruits and manges the volunteers for Errol Hassell. This includes managing the online volunteer system. They work with the PTO President, committees and faculty/staff members to meet their volunteer needs.

The Secretary keeps and accurate record of all business transactions at each monthly PTO meeting through meeting minutes that will be distrbuted to the public. They also act as liason fro the PTO and the school office for all ParentSquare communication. With this, the Secretary also manages the PTO website, PTO bulletin board, and the marquis. They also mange the resturant fundraisers and the PTO's BottleDrop account. Finaly the Secratary manges the Google Workspace and permisions for PTO documents.
