The President presides over all PTO meetings, maintains the calendar of events, and coordinates the work and communication of all committees. They oversee all fundraisers — especially the Hornet Hustle — and support all other programs as needed.

The Treasurer maintains the financial records and receipts, keeping an accurate account of income and expenses. They prepare and report the budget at PTO meetings, work with the CPA to complete federal and state tax forms, and maintain all financial documents, including the disposal of older records.

The Secretary keeps an accurate record of all business at each monthly PTO meeting through minutes that are distributed to the public. They act as liaison between the PTO and the school office for ParentSquare communication, and manage the PTO website, bulletin board, and marquee. The Secretary also manages the Google Workspace and permissions for PTO documents.

The Vice President acts as an aide to the President and serves as chairperson for hospitality, supporting staff throughout the year and for special events. They also maintain the Lost & Found and coordinate Spirit Wear sales and inventory.

The Volunteer Coordinator recruits and manages volunteers for Errol Hassell, including the online volunteer system, and works with the President, committees, and staff to meet volunteer needs.

The Art Literacy Coordinator works with teachers and the PTO Board to find volunteers for every classroom, coordinates the TeamUp calendar with teachers, leads all trainings, and works with the materials and themes from the district's Art Literacy Director. They are responsible for buying and assembling supplies, finding substitute volunteers, and making sure each class has its Art Literacy session on time.
