Our one big fundraiser of the year. Kids run laps, and the money funds Art Literacy, field trips, STEAM, books, PE equipment, and instruments. Goal is $20,000. If we hit it, the kids get to tape Mr. V to the wall.

Every student has their own fundraising page on 99Pledges. Families got an email invite with a direct link, and there's a QR code on the goldenrod packet that came home. Can't find yours? Look your student up on the Errol Hassell fundraising page.
Share your student's link by text or email with grandparents, aunts, uncles, neighbors, coworkers, anyone who'd like to cheer them on. No amount is too small.

Online. Use your student's 99Pledges page, or scan the QR code on the packet.
Employer matching. Check with your HR department. Many companies will double your gift.
Cash or check. Envelopes are in the front office. Make checks payable to Errol Hassell PTO and drop them in the black PTO box.

As in years past, BSD requires everyone on campus during the Hornet Hustle to be a registered volunteer. There are no spectators allowed. Everyone checks in at the front office with a government-issued ID. No exceptions.
If your registration has lapsed or you've never done it, start now. The background check takes up to 10 days.
Run Day Schedule
5th Grade — 8:35–9:20
4th Grade — 9:25–10:10
3rd Grade — 10:15–11:00
1/2 Grade — 12:40–1:25
Kindergarten — 1:30–2:15
Volunteering? Wear comfortable shoes, dress for the weather, bring a water bottle, and arrive 5 minutes early to check in. Lunch is provided if you're here between 11:00 and 12:30.
